Dahlin Studio created office space within an existing new second floor shell space. Full service design included coordinating engineering and interior design, bidding, and contract administration.

Features include: steel frame construction; structural concrete flooring to utilize space below garage and minimize interior columns; full limestone rock exterior; precast trim and window sill-head-jambs; slate roofing; in-floor radiant heat.

Located in the Colorado mountains, this residential renovation includes a 3,500 square foot addition with a pool surrounded by the house on 3 sides and a large deck featuring an outdoor kitchen.

Dahlin Studio provided design assistance to Omaha sculptor John Lajba by producing digital models throughout the design process.
Responsibilities also included construction documents, engineering coordination, and shop drawing review.

The Central High School Foundation commissioned a site development project that evolved into a plaza and walkway to celebrate alumni and create outdoor gathering space for student activities on a historic downtown Omaha school site.
Dahlin Studio along with Urban Alchemy provided design, promotional renderings, engineering coordination, and construction documents.
This project is on hold due to a new related project on the east side of the site to be completed in Summer 2019.

Meier Hall - School of Music and recital hall. The top floor of three story area houses the College of Business.
The recital hall is deliberately isolated and acoustically tuned for vocal and instrumental performance. A narrow two-story hallway also separates rehearsal spaces from classroom spaces.

Organized by Emerging Terrain, the Elevation project was a one day event to celebrate simple hands-on construction with a tiny budget and great food. Dahlin Studio collaborated with Urban Alchemy & Architectureisfun to design and build a small pavilion to serve creative creations by chefs Chris Meyers and Robert Anaya.
